Delete your DeepListen account

Delete your account in the app; this page also explains what is deleted and how to ask by email if you no longer have the app.

Delete in the app

Open DeepListen and go to Me → Settings → Delete account. You confirm with a code sent to your phone or email, by signing in with Apple or Google again, or by typing “DELETE”. The account is deleted right away and you are signed out; learning data and uploads are erased within 30 days. A web (Stripe) subscription is canceled automatically.

No longer have the app? Request by email

  1. Send the request from the email address associated with your DeepListen account. If you signed in with a phone number or WeChat, include your account ID or the phone number instead of an email address.
  2. Keep the subject “DeepListen account deletion request” and include your account email (or account ID) in the message. Never send your password or verification code.
  3. We may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, we will complete the deletion within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Email deletion request

Deleting your DeepListen account does not cancel an active Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store first to prevent future charges.
